Job Description:
We are a thriving congregation of 500+members and 70+ youth members seeking a youth minister. We are dedicated to our youth and invest financially through fellowship activities, retreats, church camp, etc. We are looking for an organized, energetic, experienced, and knowledgeable individual with a growth mindset that can spiritually lead our 7-12 youth through teaching and activities. This individual will plan, manage, coordinate, and execute all aspects of youth ministry activities, volunteers, and communications as they develop the youth’s spiritual foundations into a passion for service and a love for each other and Christ.

Support:
The youth minister position will not only be supported by 7 elders and multiple youth deacons, but also a large group of active parents. Our church has a separate youth expense account and hosts a summer youth intern program that provides additional support. This full-time position includes a progressive and competitive salary.
