The Commerce Church of Christ, in Commerce, Texas is looking for a Campus Minister to support the Texas A&M University – Commerce Lions for Christ (LFC) ministry. Commerce is located approximately 67 miles East of downtown Dallas. The university has an active student body of over 7,000 students. The LFC serves as a family, support system, and a Christian home away from home. The ministry mission is to walk college students into a relationship with God and His kingdom, with the primary focus being evangelism. Maintaining a regular program of spiritual development will be expected. The Campus Minster must establish and maintain a presence in the local community and maintain weekly office hours. The ideal candidate will be a married man with a strong Biblical background and a family supportive of his ministry. Work and lead the students to fulfill the LFC mission, purpose, and programs. The LFC Campus Minister will need to be active in raising support for the LFC. The Commerce Church of Christ provides financial support, but we pray for sponsoring congregations and/or members that would help financially support this work as well. Job Description:
We are a thriving congregation of 500+members and 70+ youth members seeking a youth minister. We are dedicated to our youth and invest financially through fellowship activities, retreats, church camp, etc. We are looking for an organized, energetic, experienced, and knowledgeable individual with a growth mindset that can spiritually lead our 7-12 youth through teaching and activities. This individual will plan, manage, coordinate, and execute all aspects of youth ministry activities, volunteers, and communications as they develop the youth’s spiritual foundations into a passion for service and a love for each other and Christ.

Support:
The youth minister position will not only be supported by 7 elders and multiple youth deacons, but also a large group of active parents. Our church has a separate youth expense account and hosts a summer youth intern program that provides additional support. This full-time position includes a progressive and competitive salary.

The Warrensburg church of Christ seeks a committed Christian man who loves God and His people to serve as our full-time pulpit minister/evangelist. As our full time minister you will preach Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings and help teach Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Bible classes, rotating with the elders and other teachers. Establish a schedule of at least 20 hours a week dedicated to Bible study and preaching/teaching preparation. Meet with the elders on a regular basis. Actively work to build relationships with all members of the Warrensburg church family. Be willing/able to study the Bible with individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of evangelizing. This position has full salary compensation that is competitive, including vacation time and the opportunity to attend professional development events.

We are both a college and a military town with the University of Central Missouri two blocks from our building and Whiteman Air Force Base only ten miles away.
